‘Apna Time Aagaya’ CREDAI BANM Raigad’s 9th Property Expo Signals a Shift in the Navi Mumbai–Raigad Property Story

The phrase splashed across its banners is unapologetically confident — “Apna Time Aagaya!!” — and this year, it appears to be backed by more than just optimism.

The CREDAI BANM Raigad – 9th Property Expo 2026, scheduled from 6 to 9 February at the open ground opposite Khandeshwar Railway Station, Kamothe, arrives at a moment when the Navi Mumbai–Raigad property narrative has quietly but firmly shifted.

After eight editions that tracked the region’s gradual rise, this year’s expo reflects a market that is no longer waiting for infrastructure to arrive — but learning how to respond to infrastructure that is already operational.

From promise to performance

For years, property conversations around Navi Mumbai and Raigad were dominated by what would happen — airports, metro lines, highways and connectivity plans spoken of in hopeful future tense. Today, that language has changed.

With the Navi Mumbai International Airport now operational, metro corridors expanding and road connectivity reshaping daily commute patterns, the region has entered a more grounded, evaluative phase. Buyers are no longer asking if the area will develop, but how specific locations will perform over time.

It is this transition — from anticipation to assessment — that the organisers say sits at the heart of the 9th Property Expo.

One venue, multiple entry points

Positioned as a single-window platform, the expo brings together a broad spectrum of offerings: new launches, ready-to-move homes, premium housing, plotted developments and long-term investment assets.

For homebuyers and investors alike, the value lies in direct access — developers, project teams and consultants under one roof, without the noise of over-promising. The Kamothe venue, chosen for its rail connectivity and ease of access, reinforces the expo’s intent to stay practical rather than aspirational.

Industry confidence on display

The scale of sponsorship this year reflects the industry’s own confidence in the region’s trajectory.

Shreeji Ventures comes on board as Title Sponsor, with EV Homes and JPrime as Main Sponsors. The co-sponsor line-up — Bhagwati Group, DDSR Group, Today Group and Delta Group — adds further weight, signalling sustained developer interest in engaging a more informed, infrastructure-aware audience.

A touch of spotlight, without losing focus

The inauguration will see Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty grace the event as Special Guest, lending star presence to the opening ceremony. Organisers, however, are keen to underline that the spotlight is meant to draw attention — not distract from the substance.

“This is not about glamour selling property,” a CREDAI member remarked. “It’s about trust, timing and realistic opportunity.”

A telling moment for the market

In a region where property conversations are finally being driven by lived infrastructure rather than illustrated brochures, the CREDAI BANM Raigad 9th Property Expo 2026 lands at a telling moment.

For Navi Mumbai and Raigad, the message is clear: the story has moved on. And this year’s expo is less about selling a future — and more about helping buyers understand the one that has already begun to take shape.
