Visit the mega exhibition once: BANM urges property seekers and residents alike

Participating member developers say that the 20th mega property exhibition by CREDAI-BANM will have something for every buyer who wants an affordable or fancy dream home

Vashi / Navi Mumbai: The Builders’ Association of Navi Mumbai (BANM) is urging all home seekers to pay a visit to the four-day 20th Mega Property Exhibition at least once.  The exhibition, being held at the ground opposite the CIDCO exhibition centre at Vashi, was inaugurated yesterday at the hands of Panvel civic chief, Ganesh Deshmukh.

While developers participating in the mega exhibition are confident of the projects they have on offer, they hope home seekers will at least visit the event once to have a great experience.

Bhupendra Shah, Trustee, BANM, shared his thoughts, “The 20th mega property exhibition is a wonderful opportunity for home seekers to discuss their options in person with participating developers. They can benefit from candid conversations with developers and banking institutions to get a clear picture of the real estate scenario in the region, and make wise home buying decisions.”

Readers should know that the 20th edition of the CREDAI-BANM mega property exhibition has a lot to offer to home buyers with more than 100 participating developers showcasing affordable housing, premium houses and also redevelopment projects.

Shah emphasised on the essence of the exhibition, “Buyers should be aware of the ongoing real estate scenario and how it still remains firm as one of the best investment options. For end users, there is a lot of research material and experts to be benefitted from at the exhibition.”

“We don’t want home buyers to come only if they plan to buy homes right away. What we want is for them to visit the exhibition, get a feel of the ongoing real estate trend and growth in the region, and make informed home-buying decision in future,” Shah added.

All participating developers and bankers felt the same and urged home seekers to visit BANM’s 20th mega property exhibition without fail.

Another participating developer emphasised, “If nothing else, then resident should visit just for a change of vibe, and to feel the positive aura that the exhibition promises to spread. Come with your families and children and be part of a mega event as a community.”
