Navi Mumbai: The monsoons seem to be be finally settling in Navi Mumbai as forecasted by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), with some very good spells of rain to start the week on Monday.
Several places in Navi Mumbai received a fair share of rain on Monday and it continues even today, on Tuesday.
In Mumbai, the rains caused water logging in several places.
There was heavy traffic in Vashi area owing to the rain on Monday.
Kharghar had cloudy skies and intermittent showers through the day.
The IMD has forecast cloudy skies, moderate rain and also some possibility of heavy rains at isolated places in and around Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
