Navi Mumbai: There has been heavy rainfall in Navi Mumbai since the last two days, along with Thane, Mumbai, and other Konkan areas.
The Navi Mumbai Muncipal Corporation (NMMC), informed that till Tuesday, Navi Mumbai had received 794.94 mm rainfall in a time span of 24 hours, with Belapur receiving 45.70 mm, Nerul – 49.30, Vashi – 45.80 mm, Khoparkhairne – 43.20 mm, and Airoli – 48.20 mm.
Kharghar and Panvel areas too received a fair share of rains through the last two days.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), has predicted intermittent intense showers today.
