The CREDAI-MCHI Thane 22nd Property Expo, scheduled for 7-10 February 2025 at Highland Gardens, Thane, will introduce the Laadki Bahen (Beloved Sister) initiative, offering exclusive discounts to women homebuyers. Under this programme, women who decide to purchase a property and make an upfront payment of 20% during the expo will receive special benefits, encouraging them to take a significant step towards securing their own home.
Jitendra Mehta, President of CREDAI-MCHI Thane, spoke on the importance of the initiative, stating: “The ‘Ladki Bahen’ buying a home in her name creates a safe and secure future for her family. This also helps as a retirement plan as it safeguards the future. This initiative aims to empower women homebuyers by offering them a practical way to invest in real estate while contributing to long-term financial security. Along with the Laadki Bahen programme, the expo will showcase a variety of real estate projects, catering to both affordable and luxury homebuyers.
The 22nd Property Expo will feature over 100 real estate projects, 80+ top brands, and 15+ financial institutions offering on-the-spot home loan assistance. Visitors will also have access to expert advice on real estate trends, legal guidance, and interior design.
The event will take place from 10 AM to 7 PM each day at Highland Gardens, Dhokali, Thane (West), with free entry for all attendees. Free transportation will be provided from Anand Cinema, Thane (East).
